Routeware is proud to be hosting our Fifth Annual Routeware User Group Conference February 21-23, 2012 in Portland, Oregon at the Embassy Suites - Portland Washington Square, near our office.

The Fifth Annual Routeware User Group Conference is now open for registration.

This year's session will feature two-and-a-half days of classes, collaboration, and presentations designed to help you unleash the power of your Routeware system. Learn about future releases, product enhancements, support offerings, and much more. Bring your ideas and your enthusiasm—and leave inspired!

From our initial user conference five years ago with 15 conference attendees, to last year where the conference attendees, Routeware partners, and Routeware employees numbered approximately 70 strong, our Fifth Annual User Conference is a must see event.

Please Note: As the size of the event has grown each year, Routeware’s expenses have substantially increased to provide meeting space, food and beverage, and a night of entertainment. However, we have again chosen to cover these expenses on our own, without a registration fee regardless of the number of people you want to send. To help reduce our costs, we need your help in registering for the conference as soon as you can and making your hotel reservations at the Embassy Suites no later than January 25, 2012. We have negotiated a package deal with the hotel that requires a certain number of nights of reservations to help defray some of our costs.

Flight Arrangements You should plan to arrive on Monday, February 20, as we plan to begin early on February 21. We'll end between noon-1 PM on February 23, so plan a late afternoon flight. Optionally, plan a Friday flight to attend the optional additional training sessions on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning (See details below). Hotel and Reservation We've reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites – Portland Washington Square, the same hotel where the conference will take place. Rates are $139.00/night. Your rate includes a hot breakfast. You should make your reservation by January 25, 2011 to make sure there's a spot for you. Scroll down to see the exciting agenda we’ve put together for you. Due to customer request, we are also having two optional training sessions on Thursday afternoon and Friday. If you attend Friday, one of our support specialist or software engineers will work directly with you, logged into your system, and provide additional training with your routes and data.
