Tom Malone, President, CEO

Tom Malone has over 25 years of experience in the software, computer services, and telecommunications industries. He has led corporations as large as 1.5 billion in sales and as small as $12 million. Prior to Routeware, he served as CEO or president of Accero Inc., SRC Software, GST Telecom, and Cable and Wireless USA. Tom has extensive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and product management. He received a BS in engineering technology from Miami University of Ohio.

Dennis Keizer, Vice President, Sales

Dennis Keizer brings over thirty three years of industry experience. Dennis recently led the sales efforts for Waste Management in over 20 states with revenues over $2.6 billion. In addition, he was a partner in Best Scavenger Services. Dennis has numerous industry awards and has held leadership roles in industry and community groups, such as the Future Leaders Forum of the National Solid Waste Management.

Ron Pettit, Vice President, Engineering

Ron Pettit brings 25 years experience in Unix, Linux, and Windows R&D environments with extensive people/program/product management experience. He has specialized in server platform and enterprise application environments while working at AT&T Bell Labs, ADP Dealer Services, and most recently, Open Source Development Labs (OSDL) where he helped promote Linux adoption in enterprise application environments.

Dave Wagers, Vice President, Operations

Dave has spent most of his 35 year career as a senior executive in both the USA and Europe in the high technology information services and software industry. He has extensive experience in client services, operations, hardware engineering, general management, business development and strategic planning with both Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups.
