LANZ FRITZ JOINS ROUTEWARE AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
BEAVERTON, OR – JULY 23, 2010 – Lanz Fritz, a seasoned
finance executive, has joined Routeware, Inc as its new Chief Financial
Officer. His hire represents another important step in Routeware's
continued growth and expansion.

experience, coupled with his managerial expertise and business acumen,
makes him the perfect person to steward our corporate finances."
For more than 20 years, Fritz has served in a variety of
finance and operations roles. He was the CFO and Vice President of
Operations for Stormwater Management, Inc. (SMI) and an auditor for Deloitte &
Touch and Grant Thornton. He also spent a year as a financial consultant
for Hollywood Entertainment (Hollywood Video), Northwest Pipe & Co.,
and Oregon Steel Mills.
